With over 30 years of experience across industrial sectors, Pedro brings deep strategic insight and a proven ability to create value. As former CMO and Board Member at BA Glass, he led operations across 5 countries and played a key role in growing revenue from €90M to over €800M. He is recognised for driving strategic investments, expanding into new markets, and leading successful business turnarounds.
João is a retired Portuguese Army officer with more than 40 years of experience leading through complex challenges and working with diverse teams across NATO missions and U.S. Army training. Since 2019, he has also led special projects at Inspire Capital, including cable car systems and aquaculture ventures.
Currently CEO of Madeira SkyPark Adventure, Nuno is leading the strategic transformation of adventure tourism. A results-driven executive with a strong track record in business restructuring and operational excellence, he successfully led the turnaround of Empresa de Cervejas da Madeira. He is also known for driving international brand expansion, having taken Coral and Brisa into new markets while supporting sustainable growth.
With over 15 years of experience across the real estate and construction sectors, João brings a strong combination of technical knowledge and strategic perspective. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering, as well as postgraduate diplomas in Real Estate Management & Appraisal and Hotel Management. Prior to joining Inspire Capital, he worked as a Project Manager with leading construction firms in Portugal and Brazil. Since 2016, he has been responsible for leading Inspire Capital’s residential property division.
With 20 years of experience in the management and growth of industrial companies, José brings strong commercial and strategic expertise to Inspire Capital. Former Commercial Team Leader at BA Glass, he led sales teams and helped expand market presence, particularly in Spain. His background spans M&A, asset transformation and strategic investment analysis, and he is now focused on identifying growth opportunities in the packaging industry.
